Ms. Findley joined the Company in 2010 as its Market Development Officer for the newly formed Polyfuels Division. From 2011 through 2014 she served as the Director of the Polyfuels Division until being named Executive Vice President in January of 2015.
In 2012, Ms. Findley was awarded the International Deal of the Year Award at the Alabama International Business Awards for the global partnership agreement executed with STEPS, Masada’s strategic technology partner. In 2014, the Birmingham International Center named Ms. Findley one of Birmingham’s Top Ten Motivating Women at the International Women’s Day celebration, and the Birmingham Business Alliance named her Young Professional of the Year at the Small Business Awards. She was also the driving force behind Masada receiving the Governor’s Trade Excellence Award in 2015.
Ms. Findley is the owner and managing director of Findley Enterprises, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in international business development. She serves as a board member for Hands on Birmingham, Ruffner Mountain Nature Preserve, the Krulak Detachment of the Marine Corps League and as a Commissioner on the Birmingham Sister Cities Commission. She received her bachelor's degree from Miles College and holds an Executive MBA with a focus in international business and sustainability from Hult International Business School in London.
